The night I took this self portrait, I had met a few photographers from Edmonton at Dinosaur Provincial Park. It was the first time we were meeting in person, and I heard that they were a bit intimidated by me. I was the only one who knew the park, so I took them over to a spot where they could start shooting. I then told them I was going to go take a self portrait and ran off into the darkness by myself.
